In June 2023, Dubai set two records of the decade: 10,419 real estate transactions were made, which is 17.78% more than in the same period in 2022, and the value of transactions increased by 34.1%, exceeding $8.2 billion.

It is noteworthy that two-thirds of all transactions were made in ten major locations.
